This woman was among many campesinos that camped for five days in the central square of the city of Oaxaca. The were there to protest the government's arbitrary lowering of payment for the fruit of their labors. Ultimately, joined by students and other supporters the issue was resolved non-violently and they left as peacefully as they had arrived.
